What is wrong with my dog...?

I have 2 toy poodles, one male (4), and a female (6). Yesterday we went out to my dad's property to pick grapes, then we went to visit my mom. So far everything was fine, but when we got home she was acting different. She has a constant moan in her breath (like a dog does during birth if you've ever heard it), and doesn't want to move around. When I place her somewhere she lays down to be pet.
Last night before bed, she jumped up on the bed but didn't get farther than my lap. I placed her back in the floor in her bed.
I want to take her to the vet right away but I have class and then an oncology appointment for my mom this am. Any suggestions?

Although this particular pet figured out that if you roll in something smelly, you get a bath, after the bath you get a cookie.

I would say your dog got into the grapes which are toxic to your dog. She needs to see the vet like yesterday... You'll be lucky if she doesn't have liver damage...

You'll need to go to the vet. An Internet diagnosis is impossible.

Grapes are toxic to dogs, by the way - especially small dogs.

We were picking the grapes and I didn't see her eat any. She doesn't like them. The vet said it was a possible uterine infection because she is intact and in season. They are doing a full blood screen and keeping her over night.
