puppy has bumps and a few scabs

When I got my puppy, she had these tiny bumps that the breeder told me were common and gave me antibiotics and it's been 2 weeks and the bumps cleared up.

Well while I was on a business trip my family washed the dog with some human shampoo and then a week later with somebody's dog shampoo, which I'm not sure what it was.

Well when I came home I saw so many white flakes from her skin that it looked like she was at the beach.

Today I noticed she has bumps that are would appear to look like ant bites, but some have scabs on them and I'm not sure what to think.
I was reading this article and it said that it could be the shampoo or something she's allergic to?

Not sure if anybody has any feedback for me
