Please help us identify this rash on 7 mth old pup...

We have a 7 month old lab/akita cross. Over the past couple weeks he's developed a rash which is red/pink, raised, and itchy. It seems to be spreading or worsening as well. Can anyone tell us what it is?

Thank you!

I'm sorry but you should see a veterinarian for this.
It could be an allergic reaction to something, a parasite or yeast infection etc etc. Skin issues are hard enough for a vet to diagnose, let alone over the internet. Please have him checked out, it certainly can't be comfortable for him.

Ouch! That looks painful. Let the vet tell you what it is.

I second (third?) what the others have said. Let the VET identify this rash. Your dog could be in pain!

I "fourth" what the others have said. I doubt you would have let a rash on your body go untreated for a couple of weeks. Make an appointment first thing Monday! Your dog has to be very uncomfortable.
