Lab Mix In Circles

My 9 year old Lab mix has started turning in circles to the point that he falls down. Just walks in a constant circle to his right. Also, it seems that he is having trouble seeing. If I call him he hears me and looks for me but never looks AT me. I have also notice a huge increase in shedding. What could this be?

Thanks

Re: Lab Mix In Circles

Absolutely nothing good would cause your dog to walk in circles and then collapse. Distemper, lupus, vestibular disease...could just be blindness or an inner ear problem, but only your vet can diagnose.

Go now!
