Fecal Incontinence & Dog Diapers

What are the most absorbent pads for large dog diapers -- for diarrhea, not urine.

I bought my German Shepherd a dog diaper for her fecal incontinence and frequent diarrhea. The special pads are way too narrow for diarrhea. I need something in the way of a human incontinence pad or garment that I can cut and fit inside the diaper.

Anyone have any experience with this? Do you know the best way to deal with it? There were just too many choices in the drug store.

have you tried an adult diaper and cutting a hole for the tail

I have looked at the adult diapers, and there are just so many to choose from I was hoping someone had been through this and could suggest a brand or size or type or something. Thanks for the suggestion.

Someone on another site has used the Goodnights pull up pants for kids for their dog of the same size, so I might try those.
