puppy with bumps on head?

i have some 8 week old puppies that we've been raising since they were abandoned at birth (i don't know the history of their parents). everything was fine until the one girl started developing these bumps on her forehead about a week ago. nothing too crazy, but i found a couple on one of the boys, too. she has them the worst, though. they are scabby and have a knot under the skin. it seems like her hair is gone on the spots where the bumps are, and it looks like it's starting to show up around her eyes, too. i thought i'd ask here before i took her into the vet, just in case anyone had an idea what it was:

I would take her to the vet and get it checked out. It first I would say posible alergies, skin infection, mites or something to that extent. Since you say another pup is delevoping the same thing I would definetly be taking them to the vet. They probly have some sort of skin issue that is passing between the pups, so it's best to catch the problem and cure it before it gets out of hand. Also since they're 8 weeks old, it's time for then to start their vaccines if they haven't already.
