I discovered your forum searching for some info about my pomeranian's stomach rumbles. It seems to have started this morning and its still going on...its really loud!! He's only a 4 pound little guy but he's making a lot of noise from that belly today! All else seems ok, although he hasn't been asking for as many of his treats today which leads me to believe his appetite is down a bit. Anyone have any thoughts on what could be happening with him? thanks!
