Smile lazy bullmastif

hey everyone,
I have a three month old male Bull Mastiff puppy and he is quite a big chap already but we have noticed that he sleeps more than he is awake we would not normaly worry but he does not have any interest in going out side and he is not playfull , we have just started to take him out on the lead which we seem to have to drag him around , he has no symptons of anything else and would like to know if anyone else has experieced this ?

He has not been to vets yet but he is off to the vets on wednesday for a check up

Then talk to your vet about it then.

Yes puppes sleep a lot, probably 20 hours a day haha.

But if he really isn't wanting to play then something could be up.

Congrats on the pup. At three months he should be awake the same amount as asleep. Giant breeds can be lazy, and dragging on a leash is not that abnormal at this point if he is not use to it. Make sure he is eating and drinking and not loosing weight or I would definatly get him in before wednesday. There is so many things that could be going on and your best bet is to see a vet. He would be able to do more things with him while he is in the office. Good luck and keep us posted. Do we have a name yet.
