Large, small blister bumps on chin

What would you call a dog with large and small blister looking bumps on its chin and snout? Allergies? Warts? Acne?

What kind of dog? Look like whitish red bumps?
My mastiff has them on his chin--his is acne-common in the Mastiff breed... Could be a number of things for you--best thing is to keep it dry for my boy and it dosen't get bad.
And make sure you clean water bowls often, too

Rottweiler. They are Red and kinda Purple-ish. There are large and small. Started yesterday. He does have skin allergies, but this is a first. They dont seem to bother him.

Keep it clean and dry-wash with Clearasil and they should go away if not too far long--if they get worse get 'im to the vet--might need a pyoben wash to clean it with.
Otis' are small and large bumps, too. Come and go all the time.
Do You use stainless steel bowls?
