Unhappy Slack skin under chin and droopy eye

My 7-year-old French Brittany has some weird symptoms. Yesterday when we were on our walk I noticed that the skin under her chin was very slack -- hanging down like a turkey wattle! She acted fine. Later in the day we noticed that the lower eyelid on her right eye was drooping -- the whole inside of the eyelid was exposed. She was also uncharacteristically quiet. Too late to take her to the vet the night before Thanksgiving, of course. Today she seems fine -- skin is back to normal and so is the eye. But her guts are rumbling tonight. The rumbling gut has happened before so it may just be coincidence. I brought her home some turkey and she didn't eat it. She hasn't eaten her regular food today either. Any ideas?

Honestly,
The internet is avery poor place to get an idea of what may be wrong with your dog. Best thing to do is to take her to a vet as soon as possible.

I second this suggestion. Give us an update after the vet visit.
