Pulling out fur & weight loss any ideas

Our Australian Shepard mix is pulling her fur out, isn't gaining weight and suddenly started going to the bathroom in the house. When we got her she asked to go out but now she won't even bother.
She itches all the time, but her skin doesn't look red or scaly. Like hot spots. Can any one give me any ideas as to what might be wrong? I'm at a loss, we've tried diffrent shampoos, and hydrocortisone.

Please have her examined by your vet soon as possible. I would have a full blood panel done. Due to inappropriate urination t's possible she has a UTI. As the previous poster said it could be a thyroid problem or it can be allergies. Whatever it is, she needs medical care to help her through these problems.
