puppy always hiccups after deworm?

ive been to the vet twice and dewormed twice. he hiccups like directly after the deworming. is this normal it usually last for like an hour after. so is that normal? and it also looks like he tries to throw up the deworm medicine but cant.

It could be just the stress of taking the dewormer. Maybe it tastes bad or something? Who knows really. Hiccups aren't anything serious. Both of my dogs get them pretty frequently.
