Anyone try or use StemPet?

I have a 9 month old Australian Shephered who is sick....probably with Parvo since our other dog died from it earlier in the week. While waiting for our appointment I had an idea to give him some of my little boy's StemEnhance since it stimulates the release of stem cells from the bone marrow (helps the immune system as well as repair damaged organs/tissues) because one of the terrible things about parvo is it destroys the lining of the intestines....he was pretty sluggish this morning, no-appitite etc. now it has been a few hours and he is up and wagging his tail, I don't know if it is to do with the StemEnhance I gave him. StemPet is the "Pet" form of StemEnhance and is a nutritional suppliment, not a drug. Anyone use this product? I know they promote it for use in geriatric dogs to improve over-all function, but I am wondering if it can help with recovery and treatment of other conditions in young dogs as well....

I've never heard of StemPet, but I have heard that Tamiflu can do miracles with Parvo if you give it soon enough. Have your vet write you a prescription for Tamiflu ASAP---even if it doesn't work, it's only about $40 and it won't hurt anything. The main problem with Parvo is dehydration, so make sure you doggy is getting enough fluids. Pedialyte is good for that.
