Thumbs down Bouvier pups with blue eyes

a local bouv breeder has a litter of pups with blue eyes. They are about 8 or 10 weeks old. Pigment is washed out. I was wondering if these dogs will have any health issues in the future. She is advertising them as "rare" blue eyed bouvs!!? There are many bouv people who breed to her lines- she is pretty much a backyard breeder. Any feed back would be helpful- there are many of us who try and discourage new people to buy from her.

Yikes! I don't think they will have any health problems, unless they are albino. Which I don't think Bouv's can be.

Blue eyes are difinately a fault, and aren't "show" quality, no. Not a desirable trait in the breed.

How awful that someone is doing this

As far as the eyes go the health issues that may be involded would be sensitivty to light things of that nature, but it's not for sure if they will have any problems regarding it. Since this breeder is a BYB and seems more concerned with creating "rare" Bouvs breeding against the standard I would be more concerned with health issues that she probly isn't testing for.
