my dog has ben puking today like crazy today. i dont know what to doo. it looks like poo onl out of its mouth. what is the matter with it?

I'm sorry but there is no way for any of us to diagnose your dog over the internet as none of us are vets (to my knowlege)
And your first post clearly stated that "IT has been puking like crazy today"
Poisioning? Parvo? could be many things...
No one here can tell you "its going to be fine, dont worry" we dont know that.
Call a vet!
