I need help with my Chihuahua!
My poor 6 month old puppy just got spayed 10 days ago. She seemed fine and got her stitches out at day 7 because the vet said she was ready. We were happy with the decision but today she came running up to me and her wound was oozing a pinkish, brownish, yellowish material. After dabbing the wound, the oozing stopped. Now it is all red and puffy. Does this need a trip to the vet or is it just healing?

Please help!

Sounds like an infection to me, so yes, a vet visit is required. BTW, they better not charge you for this service. Good luck, and welcome to our forum!
