Poodle Help

Hi everyone!
My dog is an eight year old standard poodle.
He has a very small pink bump on his tail. No hair on it, but much smaller than a dime.
It seemed to disappear for awhile, but my parents claim it's there again (although I can't find it.)
He's also had stomache problems his whole life (gas, ect.)
Lately he's been throwing up every morning. Nothing much, just a bit of yellow.
The only thing I've noticed, is that he hasn't been eating much.
It takes him a few days to eat his bowl, where before he was eating a bowl a day.
The vets say he's at a good weight, and he eats when he's hungry. (His teeth are very sensative)
Could the bump be connected with the throwing up?
Apparently my parents think he has cancer or something, although the last time I checked, cancer grew, not shrunk...
He's also has a big bump by his shoulder blade, but since it shrinks and grows (disappeared for the last few years, pretty much though), the vets think it's just a fat deposite. (sp?)
So, are there any supplements that might help with the digestion issues? We have human Acidophilus, and I found some Acidophilus on dog.com . What else might be helpful?
What are common issues with standard poodles? (He's already got the bad hips). Is cancer common? Other random stuff?
Thanks in advance!
