Rosie Ear

This may be a really stupid question but I'm going to ask anyway. Tonight Rosie had to go out really bad to potty. I hooked her leash and as we started out the door she proceeded to take off but began to cry out when I realized her ear was caught in the leash. I quickly got her ear out and she proceeded to do her business. No swelling or any cuts from it.

Well, fast forward about 30 minutes as we are playing I noticed that her one ear that got caught is now crinkled and not laying normally. Could that have been caused by the pinching of the leash and will it go back normal? She doesn't appear to be in any pain and I looked inside the ear and it does appear to be bruised.
