my dogs have bumps

we live on a big piece of land in tn. we have 2 dogs in a fenced area, and 4 that stay in the house. our 4 in the house have broken out in some kind if bumps, and my bull dog has them the worst. they are all over him, and he seems to be drinking water a lot more. my 2 dogs outside dont have any on them.

You need to take the dogs or at least the bulldog, to see the vet. On a forum its impossible to say what this is, it could be fleabites or allergies, or anything in between. Interesting that its only the house dogs who have the bumps, but if you take the worst affected dog in, its most likely the same for all four dogs.
