| sorry I am sorry to hear of the problem she is having. Are your vets state-of-the-art vets or do you use a " discount" type place? If you trust your vets, and they are working on it to your satisfaction, the sad news is that this could be a congenital problem for which there is little hope. If you are not sure of your vet's experience etc I would get her to another vet, preferably an AAHA acredited hospital, bring the xrays and a printout of her records, and see what someone else has to say. It does not sound good, I hope I'm wrong. It sounds rather like congenital heart failure, and the aesophogus problem could be a second situation that can make it worse for her. But please be sure you are getting the best vet advice and care you can. |
