Dog problems please help

I have a Chihuahua he is light brown but this morning I saw him throw up twice and then lick it up again he is also looking very skinny I make sure he has plenty of food and water don't know what is going on someone please help don't know what to do?

Its not unusual for a dog to lick up its own vomit. What concerns me is that he has vomitted twice today and you say he is skinny. You need to have a vet check him over for you. A forum is a general discussion place, but when it comes to a sick dog, the place to go is to a vet. I wouldn't leave it too long either especially if he continues to vomit. You didn't mention if he is active, bright, eating, whatever, but in a way that almost doesn't matter just now. If he is vomitting and thin, let a vet check him out and discuss the problem with you.
