Unhappy newly adopted pharoh hound mix/? about her health

I adopted this sweet 3yr Sat afternoon;she hasn't eaten much and not drinking much/on antibiotics for diahrea/she is shaking like she is cold; but very warm to the touch;very underweight. I don't know whether to take her to an ER or wait til ofcs open Monday am I am very worried about her condition. I don't know if it's stress, being in a new environment/meds/or all of that!

I would take her into the vet this morning and have her checked out.

Thanks for the reply; I put her in another room, on her own bed this morning...while I was posting. I got up at 6a, she was excited to see me, and ate almost a whole can of food, still didn't void much when we went out, but seems better. I couldn't get appt w/ my vet today, but I can get her in tomorrow. The Dumb Friends Leage returned my call - they don't seem alarmed, think she just needs to settle into her new home.
I'll let you know!

You JUST got her. It's going to take some time for her to adjust. Lots of dogs shake out of fear, it's normal.

Going to the vet isn't really necessary. She's just in a new environment, and needs to adjust to her surroundings.

Thanks, I figured that, but I will take her tomorrow anyway, for her free vet visit..(happens to be my reg vet)..she does have sores on her front paws that she keeps licking, (nervous, I'm sure), intro her to my vet anyway.
I went home at lunch and took her for her walk and she seems much better.
I'm forever overreacting - I worried the same way over my cat, when I got her 10yrs ago!
But thanks, you all have helped calm me, so I won't be such a nervous, new mother.
