Nose tumor

I am wondering if anybody has experienced this before because I am unsure what to do.
My 13 year old mini dacshound has been getting nose bleeds and breathing issues for the past six months - we have had numerous surgeries and tests all which showed nothing it was a big mystery until last week. A large mass appeared between his eyes, off to the vet again and it is a blood filed tumor. They are not sure if it is benign or not and will get another sample next week to send to another lab. We do not know what it is attached to so surgery is not really an option right now and I don't know if I or Ernie could handle another one anyways. The blood around it burst this morning and my room looked like a crime scene - he does not appear to be in any pain and is realitivly the same except he sleeps a lot.
Not sure what to do and not ready to lose my little guy.

Hard to say what may be going based on the information given. Sounds like a tumor but could be fungal infection or other inflammatory reaction. See if you can get a referral to a specialist. They may recommend a CT to look at the extent of the mass and they may also be able to look at the previous biopsies and surgeries to determine if anything else may be helpful in determining a definitive diagnosis and treatment options.
