I'm scared

I was just looking at my dog and he was fine. But maybe an hour later, his eyes began to be puffy, and he has little bumps on his head like 3 little ones. He also isnt at active as he was. Im scared there is somthing wrong any advice would be wonderful.

Get off the computer and call your vet. They should have emergency contact information on their answering machine or with their answering service. Most places also have ER vet clinics that are open after hours.
