What's This?!

This thing started to develop on my dogs inner leg about 5 days ago. Is has been growing constantly. What is it?

It could be anything from a tumor to an abscess.

You need to take your dog into the vet and have it checked out.

No idea on that, but please take your pet to the vet...In the picture I attached, you can see the tumor on my female basset hound (that's only half of it in the picture about mid back) and it keeps growing, it's now as big as my fist and started out the size of a grape...we are also pretty sure it is malignant and since nothing was done about it when it first came, there's nothing they'll be able to do now...but don't take that as a bad thing, because they have such advances in technology that if it's caught quick it's a pretty good survival rate...
Likely if it's on an elbow, it could be something like the 2nd picture, which is from Smokey laying on concrete/gravel and being starved so it wore the skin off his elbows. Not that I'm saying your dog is underfed or anything, but since the bone is so close on the elbows if they lay on hard surfaces it can wear the hair and skin off. Even so, I'd have the vet check it out for sure!
