Bacterial Dermatitus?? Advice needed!

I think my dog may have Bacterial dermatitis. I know it can occur as a side affect from being on antibiotics, and he is on two different kinds. Today however, is his last day on them. He has a few pimples around his groin area and in his armpit area, where there is less hair. He also has more dandruff than normal. I notice there is hair thinning kind of around/on hte pimples.

Does anyone know the best treatment for Bacterial dermatitis? Should I go purchase a special anti-bacterial shampoo?

I would call your vet. We can't diagnose on the internet.

call your vet. Sounds like Pyoderma. best to catch it early before it becomes deep set and chronic.
