When you say different foods, are you changing his brand of dog food often? This can cause an upset tummy along with loose poop. I'd find a good quality food and stick to it.
Puppies do sleep a lot, but he might just be missing his littermates. Just keep spending time with him and he'll perk up before long. You might also just have a very sedate pup.
He may have had his first shots, but puppies need a series of groups of shots. I think that we took Sadie (or pup) for her shots around three or four different times.
