Dog very sick, not moving

My dog just went to the bathroom, number 2. Then it fell to the ground a little bit after and cant move it's legs. It can move its head and it is breathing very hard. Poop is still comming out of her a bit. she doenst wag her tail :[ . could it be constapation? or a stroke?
