Ok, now we will not be hijacking anyone elses thread. So now you can kindly explain the meaning of your post. It was just very vague and I am having trouble understanding what you meant.
Every day we see posts on this forum like this: "My dog has been vomiting blood since last week. What should I do?"
After you see a lot of these - often from people who specifically registered on a dog forum to ask an emergency medical question rather than call the vet - you start to become saddened by the whole thing.
It's pretty hard to disagree with Snowshoe on that one and equally hard to understand how you could take offense from her post.
I have not taken offence to her post, I just did not under stand the post. Just kindly asked her to explain. She did not want to hijack the orignal thread so I gave her a place to respond without interferring with somone else's thread. Normally that is what I do when I don't understand something is ask for an explanation.
What I mean is that its very sad to me when people put their animals in dangerous medical situations and then rather then be responsible and immediately take their pets to the vet they ask the question on an internet forum.
I just get this terrible image in my head of someone who has a dog that could possibly be very sick waiting for one of us to hit the "reply" button, when they should be in their car with their dog on the way to the veterinarian.
[QUOTEThese types of posts make me so sad. I just don't get it- don't think I ever will.][/quote]
RonE. this is the post I am referring to. This is the only post in this particular thread from Snowshoe. So you can see you it is a big vague in the meaning. The person who started this thread had already called there vet. so it is not the case here.
Is there any particular reason you are opposed to Snowshow answer for themself?
Please take this up in a PM with Snow. I don't understand what is so vague either, so unless you want us to keep telling you it's clear to us, PM the person you wish to speak to. Thank you.
