my pup first of is a girl and is also the youngest at just 14 weeks, and she is humping my male dog and my kitten, any idea why, i have had acouple dogs in my time but none to do this.
I am currently taking dog training classes and as a matter of fact during playtime one of the puppies (about same age as yours) kept humping the others puppies. My teacher said not to worry about it and it has nothing to do with "sex" but that it can be a sign of dominance and there is nothing wrong with it.
Don't worry about it! She's just trying to "Show them who's boss". My female puppy does that to a big toy dog, and my older female dog does it to a vacuum. O_o
This is a dominance act not a sexual one. The earliest I have seen girls come in is 4 months, this is more common in small breeds. Large/Giant breeds can be anywhere from 6-18 months.
