Cats: why do they exist?

I'm sure many of will agree with this...which is why we are all here and not on the cat forums!

Good for a laugh!

Re: Cats: why do they exist?

I don't know about anyone one else, but here's why my cats exist

-they are entertaining
-great lap warmers
-fairly easy to care for
-not very needy (depends on the cat though)
-have unique personalities
-kill the moths and bugs that my find their way into my apartment
-entertain my dog
-can be very affectionate

That's what I can think of off the top of my head.

Re: Cats: why do they exist?

If it came down to that...I would keep my cats over my dogs.

I found that article to be very low class. Anything that starts out with the author copping out to what a horribly irresponsible pet owner they are rarely gets better as it goes on.

Re: Cats: why do they exist?

Kevin,
There are many on this forum that have cats, including THIS moderator. Your post is offensive and I believe here to stir trouble.

I'll close this so you don't get flamed far worse by other cat-loving members of this forum.
