Well, if they got a dose at the vet your safe. If an animal has worms and are given a dewormer your going to see the dead worms eventually They gotta come out somehow Usually the worms come out in the animals poop though. The kittens may or may not have round worms (the most common worm puppies and kittens get) but you dont need to do anything about that until they are older. Puppies and kittens are usually wormed around 6-8 weeks old (not sure exactly when).

If they are heavily infested, which for the male to have vomited them out they probably were, you "should" get them rewormed in about 2 weeks, and then again in about a month after that...then you should be good to go; course, then the babies will need their first worming!Lol! So glad i have my own wormers for everyone!tehe...saves alot of trips...I just bring in a stool sample...

Sometimes, not everything shows up in every sample. For roundworms, usually 3-4 doses are recommended. I'd call your vet, describe what you saw, and let them give you suggestions on who and how much to deworm. The vet will also let you know when to start deworming the kittens. Since they were all just checked, there should be no need for an additional visit.

If you haven't already thrown out the upchucked worms, the vet may want you to bring them in to be identified.
